Deep Fried Pizza In which our protagonist, having learned the limits of healthy eating and clean living, decides to go over to the Scottish side of The Force.

In Chicago we have something called the pizza puff, which is essentiall deep fried pizza. They're yummy, but they should be served with a side of aspirin and Lypitor.

I tried making deep fried mars bars once. I heard them talking about it on The Splendid Table on NPR, so I decided, why the hell not, and gave it a shot. They were delicious, but they made a huge mess in the deep fryer.

The key to the deep-fried candybar is to batter it and then FREEZE the mofo so the batter is frozen and then deep fry it from there.
