Well, if you're looking for the greatest amount of good to be done for the world, I'd pick clubbing people over clubbing the dogs any day. How about clubbing the people who clubbed the dogs?

Wow. Besides the suffering of the dogs, I imagine a lot of pet owners, especially children, crying in China.

This was the most awful thing I've read in a while (not discounting war, of course). I cannot imagine the horror of taking your dog for a walk, only to have a group of thugs snatch it from you and club it to death in front of you. Thank God I don't live in China.
