Where can I get decent Mexican food in Vegas, preferably not too far from The Strip?

This is probably as good a place as any for something I've needed to do: bow out. It breaks my heart, because I was really looking forward to the meetup, meeting essexjan in particular. But I promised my mom around 18 months ago that the kid-n-me would go to Minnesota for Christmas this year when she's hosting the entire extended family, and that's going to be $800+, and I committed to Vegas before I got anally raped by the IRS this year. Unfortunately I can't do both, and my obligation is to my family.
