If you are distressed with the Cubs letting go of Maddux, well the Dodgers gave up arguably one of the top defensive shortstops in baseball in order to "rent" Maddox for the rest of the season.
The Dodgers are going nowhere. As upset as you seem to be from the Cubbie perspective, it was also a monumentally stupid deal for the Dodgers.
