The song isn't that great, but these guys like to choreograph their own moves. This is more ambitious than their Million Ways video, but along the same lines.

Here's the Metafilter post about their other video. Both were done in one take, supposedly, and the lead singer's sister is their choreographer.

Actually, the guy who's lip-synching in the videos is the choreographer, but he's not the lead singer. The lead singer is the tallest guy -- with the pink pants in this one.
