well, Veneer is "Lyrics and Music by J. Gonzalez except Heartbeats by The Knife." his only other major release is an EP--the one 'Hand On Your Heart' is from. I don't have it right in front of me, but allmusic says he wrote the other 4 tracks on the release.

it is weird that his two promoted singles have been songs he didn't write. as pretty as his voice and style are, maybe he just isn't that great of a songwriter..?

...in English, or in the cultural context of the USA. maybe that he's Swedish has a lot to do with the decision-making process of promoting his music to Namerica. I dunno. *shrug*
