BoringPostcards: Not sure what I think of those, but I've sure got an urge to install Windows XP onto ... something.

Taken on a lovely day of drunk kite-flying.

The top one happened bafflingly at a party. I think it was a kid setting off fireworks. . and the bottom one is a close up of a small piece of this: ≡ Click to see image ≡

Seanyboy- ha! :D Yeah, it does look like an XP background. (I have the un-colorized version somewhere in my photostream.) I liked the way the grass came out looking like astroturf.

amro, that last one is superb.

taz, I have a thing for aerials... I love that pic!

MGL, yours looks like a ghost. Awesome.

Won't inline 'em because they're not mine, but these canteloupe shots freak me out.

iconomy: It's a combination using cheap digital camera, flash and way-off exposure compensation, if my memory serves me correct. Not sure, though, if it was me who took the picture or if it was my sister (the toy cat was hers, though).

Here's a fractal, a dark polygon and some more aerials:

Not my pics, but I've liked these for a while now.

One day I'll get a camera and take more pictures. All the interesting ones I've got are in negative form. :/

My first time taking part in Photo Friday. This is actually the latest photo in Flickr stream from a walk at the dog park yesterday. And BoringPostcards, I love that green and blue shot! There are a bunch of shots in here that are beautiful!

Mudpuppie, that first one is gorgeous! And I like the green and blue one, too, BoringPostcards.

*scrambles through files, searching..*

Wow... there are TOO MANY gorgeous pics here to mention them all specifically, but just, wow. We have a bunch of REALLY good photographers here.

I totally agree with that. Wow.

I smeared vaseline on a plastic bag and shot sunflowers through it.

This ghostly image appeared in a photo that didn't turn out.

One more because you all have inspired me (and I forgot about it before).

safetyfork, I want to know more about those 4-pane lomos. Was that done with one of those multi-lens lomo cameras, or did you put the pieces together after the fact? The first one, especially, I just love.
