Chambord and Cream, no it's too hot for that. How about a Midori Sour? Ooh no, I know, my own creamcicle concoction: ice, Rock & Rye, oj, and heavy cream in a blender. I swear it tastes like a creamcicle. There is also the tootsie roll: Kahluah and oj. Tastes like chocolate. My standard: berry berry schnappes of some sort and 7-up.

I made a new drink the other day, which I've been drinking religiously. And it is that old-time religion:

2 jiggers bourbon
1 jigger dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp sugar
dash bitters
cherries and/or twist to taste

Serve up.

I'm a Jameson's boy by training and inclination, got more bite to it I find, however some loving soul gave me a bottle of Bushmills for my wedding and who am I to rudely turn my nose up at it, no airs and graces this wino, no siree, no fancy monocle and sleepin' indoors and wearing matching socks and other bougie frippery for this child of god, no mam, no thank you, not tonight.

That old time religion is a grand name for a drink, though. Puts me in the mind of a wine that me and this Keith Richards level doper came up with in the college days, wanted to sell it far and wide. We called it Sweeeeeeeet Jesus! and it was basically Carlo Rossi Paisano mixed with Manischewitz, which was what we had on hand at the time. Kinda drew up a label with JC on the cross and one hand free to tip up a big old jug of wine.

Me, I dring straight outta the fit of Martel 'til I can't hold in no more, then I pish my pance and swish over tch gin and Docker Pepper, less there's some isopropyl yadayada in the med'cine cabinet. Then me and my buddies on the corner we all pash out together.

Regularly I drink amaretto and orange juice, though I recently discovered margharitas. And this past weekend I had something called a "Wedding Cake". Amaretto, pineapple, mixed in a blender with ice cream. Very good!
