At first I thought it was one of those funny signs where a missing letter makes it funny. But I don't get it.

At first I thought it was outside a grill. Then I realized you said it was outside a "Grill Shop". So there are shops specifically dedicated to customized teeth jewelery? WTF, California?

Hm, after some googling, it looks like there are several grill shops around the bay area.
