Men who are in a relationship but who don't live with their partner spend an average of £23 per week, while married men say they spend just £15 on average.

You can imagine wha they're saying to their wives: "No, I only had a pint of lager. Two pints at most..."

Is that all.
Good that in one area I'm above average.

Although, working it out...
Yep - definitely spend more than 5% on booze and post booze snacks.

Was that just in one night?

This week: (excluding drinks I bought others, and including drinks others bought me because, well I guess it balances out) I reckon I've spent about £35.00 on booze.

And that isn't a huge amount.

£15.00 on average works out to about 8 pub bought pints a week (maybe 5 pub pints daaahn sarf)
That's an average of about a pint a day.

I estimate I spend about 43% of my income on booze, chevre, and gourmet olives.

Ya See - I never even included the olives.

In my drinking days I used to spend about 94% of my income on booze. The rest I just wasted.
