i'm almost there too, but you can't puke and cry in a cubicle farm. i need a major life-change. it's all out of control. i just work and sleep lately and lament the life and opportunities that are passing me by. don't even have quality time to spend with my cats

I need to peruse your site and work more. I've fallen off of studying and hating the gov't for political abuses as much as I used to and I'm more into the happy [sarcasm] field of animal welfare, which certainly as hell overlaps. You've read Fast Food Nation, right? Tip o' the iceberg, LOL.

Ah, you guys are sweet. But I'm ok - the puking, I dunno, I didn't really drink a lot yesterday, but I didn't really eat much either, and threw a load of coffee down my gullet first thing.

The crying? While it's true I do cry easily, I'm just feeling totally overwhelmed lately, and like Shane am not finding much time for me and family, feel like I'm slipping on obligations, and sometimes it just all becomes too much. The love I have for my wife, work, teaching, Syd's passing, freakin' gas prices . . .

Shane, hang in there.
