I've used sun-dried two martyrs in my hot sauce before... It'll take a while for me to get the balance perfect, but they really add a nice sweetness to it.
S-D tomatoes, a nice mild goat feta, some good black olives and a bit of pesto, olive oil and crushed peppercorns on pasta is loverly. That's all I need.

Oh, and a baguette too.

...and a nice bottle of red. yup. that's all i need too.

Christopher Farms sun-dried tomatoes are terrible. Don't buy them!

Good sun-dried tomatoes are the bomb... they make anything even remotely Italian better. Pasta, sandwiches, salads, anything.
