OMG, so very, very good! Tonight I made
these rice paper wraps suggested by Alex. Bunnies, it was so delish; I'm never eating anything else, ever.

How I had them tonight: I stirfried some onion, red bell pepper, carrot, minced ginger, and cubed tofu, then scooped it all out into a bowl and added diced cucumber and zucchini (courgettes, Brits!), then when I made the wraps, I drizzled this mixture with a bit of peanut sauce (peanut butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and a little water dissolved together in a small pan on the stove) and some chopped arugula (rocket, Brits!). Wow. Wow.
