Actually, I like the skirt. Really. And I do like the idea too. Imagine you are out with terrible company, bored to death, but cannot escape. Then you start flipping this thing up and down. That should drive people crazy. And far away from you... Fast. I do not know but I find this extremely amusing. I apologize.
