This reads like a joke. "Women suspected of perfomring frequent fellatio" The doc saying "I make it a practice to fellate every other night" and then "those women who for whatever reason, can't do so two or more times a week"

(yeah, I'm just remembering the quotes, so what)

Has to be a joke. What doctor will say that she makes a point of performing fellatio every other night? And that women should "make it a part of their daily routine"? Does it have to be the same guy? ;^) Can you just see women walking in to their local pharmacies?
Woman: "Excuse me, I'm trying to prevent breast cancer."
Male Pharmacist: "Well excuse me while I whip this out.."
