Nostradamus v. Malaysian astrologers v. MetaChat I am not warning you, because I want you to read it!→[More:]
It has so been reported that the great mysticist of the past, Nostradamus, has predicted that Spain will win the World Cup 2006. However, contemporary Malaysian astrologers beg to differ: it is either Brazil or Italy.

So who do *you*, great minds of MetaChat, predict will win? And what prize (if any) should we bestow the winner(s)?

FYI, as of now the possible winners are:
Germany, Argentina, Italy, Australia, Switzerland, Ukraine, England, Portugal, Brazil, Ghana, Spain and France.

But please do not let that fetter your imagination in any way.

I say Ghana because my cab driver the other week wanted Ghana to win. And that seems as good a reason as any.

I think Seanyboy is right. See, I watched the Mrs. World Pageant a couple weeks ago (Alan Thicke is back, baby!) and it was held in Russia. And, of course, Mrs. Russia won, even though Mrs. Kenya was waaaay hotter.

So, see, the judges always vote for the home team.

It'll be Germany. Mark my words.
