Going to the parade tomorrow, amberglow? I might be marching with the Stonewall Democrats, or, more likely, with the Lutheran LGBT group.

A friend wanted me to go to the SF parade tomorrow (Jennifer Beals!), but I just have absolutely no interest in it.

nah...tons of people don't go...i notice the crowds are fewer and fewer each year (it makes me sad, but whatever)

I was in Toronto last year and saw much of the parade on Sunday. It was awesome, although I recall it was an amazingly hot day too.

The Lutheran Group is near the end; apparently all the religious groups are at the end so people can go to their morning services and still make the parade.

mudpuppie - you're not a bad gay person at all. Big parades and hullaballoos aren't everyone's cup of tea, even if it is for a good cause.

Happy Pride!

I had some homemade pasta and a glass of wine and ... slept through the activities at home instead of going to Montrose like I had planned.

This, I think, puts me in the "old gay fart" category.
