Me too. Me and Pips did have a nice Sam Peckinpah double feature (The Wild Bunch and Straw Dogs) yesterday. That was some major body count fun.

I had an OK weekend. .a bit of *end*. . .thanks for the lube advice a few weeks ago. . .

Leaving for Portland today then nyc tomorrow. . .I hope that I can get on the net and maybe call an Astoria meetup. .its hard to predict right now . .

I know I'll be at Shea on July 3. . .wife and kid did not want to sit in the sun for a yanks day game. . .

This, *intener*. . it is common on the east coast, right?

My weekend, rather thoroughly photographed but leaving out the Friday night work/concert/bar/bar odyssey and the early Saturday morning get the kids out the door and off to Baltimore fun n' games. No end in sight. Heh. But I won a prize! I won a prize for being funny! Be impressed! And my prize was one of these, which in itself wins a prize as, alas, most likely to gather dust on my shelf.

My weekend had too much work in it, though there was some drinkin' and some swing dancing. Also, too much IRC last night, though it was fun. I need to learn to turn into a pumpkin much sooner before you people ruin my career. Can't you be more boring?

No worries about Friday. I watched some hoops over at The Cage on W4th, picked up a pipestem (!), moseyed on home, and read a few thought-provoking articles before turning in.

As far as the feeling sick is concerned, I fear my late nights are catching up to me. I haven't been taking care of myself and I'm super tired and cold.

As far as chicken soup is concerned, I don't know if I can make it out to Astoria, but thanks for the offer; my corner diner cares about me too, they give me chicken soup and smiles and pats on the head, so I'm in good hands.

When I feel better we should all go out. By that I mean all of Mecha.

It was a good weekend from our end down here. Kid's birthday party on Saturday with a water park involved and lots of sun. Beach volleyball and bbq'ing yesterday combined with some sleeping in. Not too bad with a toddler and a newborn!
