Well, if we're recommending Dreamcast games now, Typing of the Dead is much, much better. Or maybe it's just that I type better than I shoot.

There's Stubbs. Only you're the zombie.

There is a great zombie mod for Half-Life. And there is a cool zombie level in Half-Life 2 (and maybe some mods by now, dunno with all of the Source crap if it made HL2 hard to mod or not).

I think there are some pretty good Doom 3 zombie mods out now. I have been thinking about reinstalling it and seeing if any of them are that great.

Yeah, I would say the Ravenholm level of hl2. Thats the only zombie level in the game. But it is a good one.

Sometime this year Resident Evil 4 will be ported to PC (I think the release date is sometime in September now). You'll get your slow Night of the Living Dead types, and your fast 28 Days Later types. You can shoot them in the chest with a riot gun at point-blank range (always satisfying), or snipe them with a semi-automatic rifle (making their heads explode as if they were watermelons). Purists will argue that the enemies of RE4 aren't zombies in the traditional sense, but that's an excessively fine distinction.

Or you might consider picking up a used Gamecube (probably not more than $50) and RE4 ($20). It'd be worth it.
