I learned about it a year ago. It has come in handy -- particularly when out drinking with friends and the conversation invariably gets stuck on some point of trivia (Who was the lead actor in the film 'xyz?') or a bet needs to be decided (Which team holds the all-time record for 'xyz?').

I've been using it for a while now. I love the dictionary function (text "define [word]").

The only other thing I've used it for is phone/address listings and it is only sorta useful.

I've used it as a replacement for 411 for a good long time. Can be a bit scattershot, but it is quicker and cheaper than calling information.
