You're invited to a housewarming!! →[More:]Are self-posts okay? Since several of my posts lately on MeCha are just talking about stuff going on in my life that is not necessarily of interest to the whole group, I've decided to start a blog and stop taking up front page space here.

My blog is kind of sparce right now, so you can help me fill it up with a housewarming party. My gift registry consists of the "Extended Info" portion of my profile, and anything else you would like to suggest I add or change.

Extended Info entries that need to be filled in: Interests, About Me, Favorite Movies, Favorite Music, Favorite Books. I realize that some of those things none of you would know based on what I've posted here, so silly suggestions will be considered.

For a while there I forgot that I had gotten a blogger account (in 2001, I picked it up while visiting HAL and the guys). Still, this place looks so empty. I'll see if I can give you a Ceiling Cat.

Well, the last couple of posts I made about family stuff got, like, no comments. So I figured I was just being viewed as a self-inlulgent "it's all about me" kinda guy.

I'll tell you what... I'll still make the random posts from time to time, but I will go into a lot more depth on the blog.

And also, you will get to learn about my alter-egos on the internet. I've made over 12,000 posts on BeleifNet, for example, and post pretty regularly on a few boards for the Hyundai Elantra. I also started the longest running, if most ill-fated, series of posts on DemocraticUnderground. See? I'm a multifaceted individual.
