I went to an event in April, where they did proscuitto-wrapped asparagus with paprika sauce, a spinach/orange salad, a mushroom & chevre tart w/ white truffle oil, a lamb stew, and a strawberry shortcake flambe dessert. Yum. Check 'em out!
