Make A Doll That Looks Like You Yes, this is lame. And yes, I am over the age of 15. Click the boy or girl tab, and then the little b/w tabs up top. Let's see how cute you are!
Here's me, or what I looked like about 20 years ago. I swear I have clothes on right now that look almost exactly like this. Normally there is not a hamster dancing on my head, but what the hell.
Hey, tilda, I use hair pomade and body wash now. I'm not as dissipated as I once was. Yesterday...well, I woke up to late to shave and I was hammered. What can I say?
These are hilarious. MGL, jonmc and dabitch, the dolls all actually look like you! If someone else had posted them and asked who we thought they were I would have picked the three of you. MGL especially....it's uncanny.
cmonkey, why are you a cow? Shouldn't you be a monkey?
JanetLand, I got the HTML code from the little icon under the photo, and got the img src from that. Alternately, you could temporarily save it as a gif or jpeg and upload it to flickr or image shack or whatever. Did anyone else do it a different way?
I just saved it as a jpg & put it up on my blog, then linked to that image. The HTML didn't work for me - it kept going back to a previous version, the version with a half a watermelon on its head. Which would have been okay, actually, except I couldn't combine the watermelon with the right hair, damn. I was just thinking, iconomy, that yours looks exactly how I've always imagined you'd look!
I don't have time to do this now but I want do. Does it allow you to put glasses on them? Because none of yours have glasses, and mine are an intrinsic part of me, so I can't do it without them.
I tried, but they're all too skinny and have these weird 'stache-less beards.
MGL's is almost uncanny. gaspode's isn't bad, but lacks her sunny smile (and the black hoodie). amberglow... no. You're better looking than that. LT, that pic you linked to looks just like the woman who used to live next door to us, only she was reddish-blonde. agro... close, but you're also better looking than that.
My overall impression is that this thing works better for women than men.
redvixen - click on one of the icons with gif jpg or png on it to save the picture. Then go someplace like this - upload the picture there and copy the address. COme back here, click the image button, and paste in the address.
ramix, it didn't have my skin tone either, which is kind of a sallow-olivey Italian. I just ignored that fact, mainly because I wanted to play with the clothes... ;)
I'd say occhiblu's was pretty close, but doesn't capture her incredible laugh. Essexjan, the meetup-clothes doll is adorable!
And yeah, well, mine's too skinny. That goes without saying. This anime aesthetic doesn't really include bodaciousness. Apparently it doesn't include chocolate bodaciousness either which is a shame because I'd love to see an avatar of ramix.
Also, I like how jonmc's apparently going for a brisk hike in the New England woods to appreciate the fall foliage. Nooooooot exactly the activity I'd have pictured.
Wow. Thanks, wolfdog. I still can't figure out what went wrong.
So that is awfully close to my standard goin'outfit. The cowboy boots are pretty close to the Dingos I actually wear. Should have chosen different jeans - these are dark like I like, but I don't like the weird cuffs. The top is OK, but I must bemoan a distinct lack of Western wear among the choices.
I agree that these are fairly uncannily close to the way people look. Matildaben, that's you. Jonmc, that's pretty darn close. Occhiblu and wolfdog are really close. We boil down to some pretty simple elements, don't we?
Did I just not find it, or is there an option for changing skin color?
