Ha! dg, I had just figured out "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels". I love it.

Zulu, Gaslight(?) (For the lamps behind the "7" sign?). Ringu/the Ring, The Rock.

Are those finger sandwiches beside the running chicken? What's that?

Palm Springs? Something Palm?

I don't know about the Doberman, but I want him to be "Dog Day Afternoon". He probably isn't though, huh? There's a film called "Dobermann", but I've never heard of it.

I was thinking that was Jarhead carrying a SWATter. But it could just as easily be Eraserhead, I guess. It’s really hard to make out the arms-up thing, but maybe he’s The Wicker Man?

Hook, it is. There are still a lot of mysteries left here, though. The Huskies? The Doberman? The flock of birds? ("The Birds", I guess?), the satellite dish? The trees (Park something?)? The buildings? The Billboard struts behind the casino sign? The sidewalk people? Is that a news stand thingy that the cake is on? What about the playing card to the left of Beckham?
