That was quick. It took less than 24 hours for the media to start fueling the debate over the HPV vaccine.
I love the "Well, if you just don't have sex, nothing bad will ever happen to you" school of thought.
Maybe they could start this as a campaign for protecting young virgins from rape complications. Even Bill Napoli seemed OK with letting raped virgins have abortions; maybe they're allowed to be vaccinated, too.
So would there be any benefit to an adult getting this vaccine? It said it was available for people under 26, because 80% of people would already be exposed by the age of 50. But what if you're maybe one of the 20% and you would like to not get exposed in the next 10 years?
