I'm stuffed. Just took a pie and tart cooking class. During the process I ate: 1 slice banana cream pie, one chocolate ganache tart, a berry tart, a patise brassel (sp?), a salad and a quiche. I'm about to explode.

Try taking a walk. Amble rather than stride, but you'll feel better pretty soon. Or you could just have a nap;-)

Yeah, the Pie and Tart Administrator's Certification (PTAC '06) is a tough course, but it's worth it.
