Thomas Keller to open a burger joint. But first, he'll operate a temporary restaurant that serves good ol' 'Merican food. Get it while it lasts, because it's only going to be around for 6 months.

I'd love to try his burgers but I hope he doesn't frou-frou em up too much. Kobe burgers are tasty, but they aren't burgers.

ROAD TRIP!

The bay area is more into burgers than any place I have ever seen.

Yeah, having been to the French Laundry (lived down the road from it in Napa), I'll have to try out his burger joint if I make it back there. What a wonderfully insane place the world is!
