MetaDream I dreamed mathowie posted on Metatalk that I was obnoxious and he totally hated me. :-(
Ya, I even posted in it. They don't really want to do musuems- all they want to do is shop :-) I'm trying to sneak in a little NY culture. We will probably go to some fancy department stores today.
Go check out the Ancient Near Eastern section of the Met's permanent collection, or the Noguchi Museum and PS1 in Queens. Or go down to Soho for bubble and squeak at Tea & Sympathy (seems perfect for a rainy day). There's other stuff, too, but it involves Gene Kelley and getting your shoes wet.
Oh great. On preview, youse should go around Soho, shop a bit. Hit that crazy store with the fly Euro housewares. And T & S.
Ancient Nor'easter-WHAT dude? I don't think the Met has a Weather Exhibit.
Pink, I'm sure Matt appreciates your presence on the blue. Expecially if you've done some cheerleading over there, cause that's always good for some smiles here.
The only meta-ish dream i've had recently involved passing a room packed full of bald puppies or kitties or babies in a historical mansion, asking what it was before being rushed along, and being old it was "some metachat thing".
I felt creepy so I woke up.
