So I'm home sick today. →[More:]I threw up this morning, and figured it was better not to go in. I hadn't puked in forever, believe it or not, before today. I have no idea what the problem is. I'm still feeling a little nauseous but much better now. I should be doing some work from home but that's not happening.

This is my update. I've not been around so much because things have been crazy busy of late!

Drink lots of water and if you can manage it, some clear broth. Staying hydrated is really important if you're throwing up. That, and bunny hugs.
