Photo Friday 26 May '06: Post a photo or image or something that makes you happy.
Hugh's last one totally rocks. (And the one above it is awesome).
Chewie's only counts if you love labs (so, ergo, it counts).
John, that's Pip, so it would count, but think of the precedent you're creating here dude. (Or at least give her a piece of card with shoutouts on it or something).
The other two are great for dozens of reasons. But, hey, it's 22 minutes into Saturday here, I have to go to bed, and I don't have a photo! OMG!
The stickers I'm putting on my new (vinyl) organizer make me happy. They especially cheer me up when I'm dealing with depressing subjects at an animal rights conference or meeting or such.

Click for larger detail, if for some reason you maybe want to see the Scarecrow from Oz in closeup ;-)
Well, I coulda posted a pic of my new iPod, too. Yesterday, I was smokin' with my man Steve and "Brass Monkey" came on it and I started dancing on the sidewalk. Steve was all "You're turning into one of those ads, dude!"
Don't worry about me, Shane. I live in the future. It's already early Sat morning here. If I see something that makes me feel really happy (and I'm feeling confident on that) and have my camera handy, I'll post a vanity post waaaaay later than you guys.
Also, my ear appears to have eaten on of the little pad on one of the earbuds. It's probably banging around inside my skull like that crayon up Homer Simpson's nose.
I have it on shuffle, shane, and I love being suprised by shit I didn't remember I had. It just fired up Pantera's cover of "Cat Scratch Fever." Now that's a perfect match of artist to song.
hellbient, that's the second time today I've seen you mention ring = married. Don't you know you can stick those things on any ole finger and it don't have to mean nothin'?
debora, awwww I love that picture! You are so blessed, girl.
The pooper is doing great, rainbaby. She hasn't had an inside accident in many days. She's getting really good at peeing and pooping almost on command (treats are the trick!). She's never fouled her crate (into bed about 8:30 p.m. and up at 5:00 a.m.). The only problem is travelling. We've tried short trips to get her used to it but it isn't happening - she continues to puke (mostly water because we don't give her food before travelling). We got about 40 miles from home on Saturday (on our way to Kamloops - about 200 more miles) and had to give it up because she was so miserable. Several people have suggested Gravol (a human anti-nausea OTC med), but her last booster shots are in a week or so and we'll check with the vet.

specklet - yes, I am a blessed and lucky person. I may complain about this'n'that but I know I have it good.
