That song has got to be the worst thing Kurt Weil ever did, and I don't think I'm alone in saying that. Its just plopped into the middle of "Lady in the Dark," a strange musical about pschoanalysis (see Ballad of Jenny,) without any reason.

Nothing wrong with that Nina Simone, though.

So far, the only thing I could think of is we get people to sponsor your living in luxury travel accommodations, having you document it live and becoming so ubiquitous that you become a cultural icon, showing up in the background of movies and televison broadcasts in something subtle and/or stylish, occassionally showcasing items and services.
Basically, you'd become a mercenary show room model or "spokesmodel" if you will.
You will need to bulk up and get a very expensive haircut.
