Oh, and I drank at McCann's recently and they make a shitty Jack and ginger. But the jazz duo (bass and sax) they had entertaining the happy hour crowd KICKED ASS.

McAnn's on the Upper East Side or McAnn's in Astoria? The one in Astoria is OK in a well-gelled meat market kind of way. Me, Pips, and the Janus went in the UES one after the Apple Store, but the kitchen was closed. at 8:30?! That's fucked up.
