Y'all do what you do for the greater good of the site, and so far it's worked. Can't always please everyone -- and it's unfortunate that the everyones forget that sometime and feel entitled to whine.

That's life, though.

I'll repeat my heartfelt thanks (there was another birthday thread or two on a wonderfully confusing Metachat day).

Serious question: Metachat seems slowish again today; is there a problem that needs money thrown at it?

when dodgy and taz made a site,
it filled up with goofs, mostly bright.
our urges to mingle,
sling wisecracks, and sing'll,
eat servers and bandwidth all night.

Mechazens smile, 'cause they know
how to surf on the incoming flow.
bunnies and songs, humourous throngs,
hugs and smooches, and meals made of crow.

As a gift to you both, I'll stop now. :D I just deleted 4 additional "stanzas" .

Yeah, thanks dudes. This place is so cool, our mascot should be a penguin instead of a bunny. I don't know what else to say apart from thanks but I hope that, whatever your motivation was for starting this place, it has come through for you - you surely deserve to get at least some of your heart's desires fulfilled for creating this haven from the real world for all us misfits.
