Ah. Just can't use the img tag on a first level post, apparently, even after a [MI]. Got it.

How about some fare from 1899? Say, from the St. Helena Sanitarium (in Napa Valley), a Seventh Day Adventist "health retreat" that's been around for 125 years.

Chefs there would be happy to whip up gluten water, breaded nucose, pea puree or gluten gruel for their guests.
