I love the orange show! Went to the 98 and 99 artcar parades there. One of my favorite memories was Harrod Blank and his random flashcube suit (he had a battery pack) and the snare drum band of about 8 in ballerina tu-tus that would walk up to a randam partygoer and play for about 2 minutes. That was at the Art Car ball.

art car parade rules. did they have the billy bass car? or the one that says "meow meow meow" over and over again? the sonically annoying ones are my favorite.
