I want to surprise her! My best friend and I work the same job. We work different shifts(we're security guards-I work 8-4 and she works 4-12) and it involves sitting at a desk and using the WiFi on my laptop. Is there any way to make a fun surprise pop up when she turns the computer on and/ or connects to the internetters? It's my computer, and I love her, I want it to be fun, cute, and non-harmful to either of us or the computer.

She'll probably use the web browser at some point, so you could toss a web page together (using something like pages.google.com if you don't have the knowledge or hosting space) and set it as the browser's home page.

Set the homepage every night before you leave to something different. Like the I Love You Kitten.

Not, you know, like I don't mention this every six minutes, but you could always set it to Cute Overload and wait for the oogles to begin.

Not to mention The Daily Kitten. Or Orisinal.

Swears she is not obsessed. SWEARS!

I used to have fun by putting really annoying midi files in the Windows startup folder. That way they launch when the computer is turned on.
