So I'm being sent on a surprise trip to Toronto on Friday I haven't even started my new job yet and already they're sending me places. I'm a bit jarred by the short notice, and the fact that it will be over my birthday, but I'm going to try and make the most of this trip.

I'll update when I know which hotel I'll be staying in. I'll be there from Friday, May 19th to approximately June 4th, so if bunnies want to show me what there is to see and help me find entertainment during the evenings that would be fantastic.

Anyone know how to get a meetup going, etc? I've never done this sort of thing before, since the MeFite population of my home city is me. :)

Have fun in Toronto! I've never tried to organize a meetup meetup before so I'm not sure what to suggest but I wanted to get my good wishes in anyway.

Well, this is a good way to let all the bunnies know you want to hang out. To let all the mefites know, just start a "toronto meetup" post on Meta Talk.

I think I'll most likely be down for some sort of meetup action, the hardest part is finding a time/place everyone can agree upon, as far as I can tell.
