I would kill anyone in my office who touched my computer. One of my team members is forever asking me how to 'get all the instructions back' (taskbar) where she drags it somewhere and loses it. I fix it, lock the taskbar and somehow she does it again. If she did that on my machine she would leave the building on a stretcher.

Change all the settings. Install a bunch of Barney icons and mouse-pointers. Make the start-up sound the theme to the Dukes of Hazzard.
