OMG FINISHED PAPER!!! at 7 am. It was due last night at seven PM. →[More:]

Of course, after I e-mailed the .doc and .pdf to the entire class for my presentation later today, I realized I omitted the section where I explained the title. Revised story was e-mailed just now.

To quote Built to Spill, "If I don't die or worse I'm gonna need a nap."

I totally know how good it feels to hand something like that in. I submitted my comprehensive exam yesterday. 5 copies, about 40 pages each. Now there's only the defense left (Eeeeepp!)...

Roxxorz. I remember scrambling to finish my 100-page thesis (the footnotes took 4 hours!) before the senior dinner on the day it was due...god, that was a nightmare on wheels.

Oh, this wasn't even anything major. I mean, it may be the difference between passing and failing this one class (I'm seeking an incomplete, but you can't really make up an in-class presentation), but it's surely no thesis.

I am nowhere near my PhD thesis defense. The thing I submitted was the last hoop to jump through for the administrative bit of my PhD. I still have a couple years of research left before the PhD is done :(
