It has rained off and on all day. I gardened in it most of the day. =P

Our drought might finally be over, we got about 1 and 1/2 inches of rain last weekend and this weekend we are expected to get anywhere from 2.5 to 4 inches of rain with higher totals possible in some areas due to embedded thunderstorms. Sweet.

The lake is already up at least ten feet (towards the shore, not depth) from where it was. We finished 2005 around 20 inches behind on the year and this year we were about six inches behind. If we get four inches this weekend, we will be close to caught up for this year. And we have more rain chances later in the week as well.

The only downside is I never made it back to our little sunken city and now it is going to be under water again soon. Heh.
