MetaChat Dream Shoutout →[More:]So in my dream, I got an e-mail. It was from Hugh Janus, and it was two long paragraphs long, and full of stone-cold solid reality-based good advice about a situation I'm in right now. I remember most of it verbatim.

Clearly it's my own mind talking to me. But still -- it is not surprise that my brain should assign to Hugh the voice of thoughtful, grounded moral authority. It's because the things he has to say here are usually so wise. Thanks for showing up my dream, Hugh! It helped.

Hugh is a wonderful man and many words can be applied to him. 'Grounded,' is not the first that leaps to mind.
