So who thinks Meadow will marry Finn? →[More:]
I think she'll end up dumping him for an Italian guy.
I think Finn's gonna get whacked in a pretty unsavory fashion. He's a pretty drab character and I think him getting killed by Vito sets up some interesting character dynamics for Meadow...
Huh? I seem to have wandered into some newsgroup for some show. I thought this was the MetaChat recovering tittieholics room. Cause I can't live without my tittiehol. Tryin', tho'.
Although, now that AJ is getting an itchy triggy finger, maybe this will be his opportunity. Meadow goes ape-shit but Tony won't kill his best earner, so AJ does it on his sister's behalf.
Anyway, I think Finn is an Italian guy. Finn DeTrolio. They said something about it last episode when Finn was calling Johnny Sac "Macaroni." Half-italian or something.
It would seem to make sense that they'd have to annoint Tony's successor by the end of the show's run and Mead seems to be the only one who can take on the job. Bobby's incompetent. Sil can't handle the pressure. Paulie's a hothead and a total idiot. Christopher would be a logical choice, but he's distracted by his Hollywood ambitions and seems to have fallen off the wagon. (In fact, I don't think Christopher is making it out of this season alive.) AJ seems to be an incompetent lump. But Meadow's smart. When her dad got sick, she stepped up. Right now, she's the only one who I can see doing it.
It seems implausible to me that Tony's crew would let Meadow run the show. It would be more realistic if another family swallowed them up after Sil or Paulie fucked things up. The female capo in the US, Lorraine, wasn't exactly treated very well.
That's my only reservation, mullacc. But as agro pointed out, they had that female boss in Italy and they're working with Big Pussy's widow now. Lorraine went down for making stupid mistakes, not necessarily because she was female.
But honestly, I'm talking out of my ass here. I can never predict where Chase is going. That's why I love show so much.
