Didn't ikkyu2 say in that Metafilter thread that it was unlikely Cruise could have children? My memory is kinda vague on what he said exactly.

Also, I read some online gossip-thingie that said it was a fake pregnancy - Kate was wearing a fake belly-thingie.

And yet another thing - I thought "Sarah" was "princess" in Hebrew? Suri is fairly similar tho'.
