There's a Farmer's Market. You can tour Andrew Jackson's home, The Hermitage. There's also the Frist and the art galleries at Fisk.

A friend of mine broke my nose in Nashville with an overenthusiastic miniature golf swing. I don't recommend that one bit.

Hey, do an AskMe search. There are a couple of excellent threads about Tennessee destinations. I've been planning a musical pilgrimage there for a while (still haven't gone).

Hatch Show Print is high on my list. Also, a show and/or a tour at the legendary Ryman Auditorium would be an awesome experience. A lot of acts have been 'discovered' at the Bluebird Cafe's open mike nights.
