OMG Squirrels! Three squirrels took over my porch for a while this morning. →[More:] Parts of it were fairly exciting - have you ever seen a mother squirrel carry a sort of I would guess 10 year old equivalent squirrel - a 3/4 adult size squirrel - down your porch pillar and across the yard and blessedly empty street? They carry them by one haunch; it looks ridiculous but apparently it works. The pictures are horribly blurry because I couldn't get too close but what the hell; it was all very exciting.

I love watching the squirrels round here. I know people consider them to be vermin, but they're so cute. There's one that gets on my bird table, sorts through the food on there and throws anything he picks up and doesn't want onto the ground. It all gets eaten, the wood pigeons are grateful they don't have to fly up to the table, they're so fat.

Hay, what a great thing to see! Looks like they're on to another home. Just be sure to kill all the eggs they left behind.

Nice to see that singing telegram squirrel I sent you finally arrived mygoth. I guess she decided to take a hiatus and get knocked up first though.
