Beer Garden Meetup Photos From the strangest meetup ever.

What made it strange? I'm sitting there between the roommate of captaintripps and icosahedral, when all of a sudden roommate is like, hey, icosahedral, your hair is ugly and you should cut it, it's not 1994 anymore. Then they yell and argue for, like, ever- they were still yelling when I left.

Don't let random arguments happen to your meetup! Make sure you have plenty of tacos. If somebody starts something, quickly give both parties a delicious taco.

I was going. Then I woke up yesterday and spent the day sick as a dog. I was depressed all day to be inside during such a gorgeous day.

A Portland meetup needs to end in a knife fight if they expect to keep MeCha cred. The NYC crowd might just be too hardcore for this place.

from the pics it looks like capn tripps has longer hair than icosahedral anyway... maybe it's a long brewing deep roommate issue of clogged drains :).

also, apropos of nothing, hugh janus looks kinda like the drummer from the band I saw last night.

You know, Joe Famous called me last night around 8 pm, asking what time y'all were meeting up. I was waist-deep in laundry and broke so I said I wasn't going. He said he was going to finish the Yankees' game and then go over. I guess he never showed up.
