Don't worry, you don't have to threaten little people, it's a company - an athletics concern, who rented it for a couple of their players... and haven't paid the rent in... well, so long I don't even want to say, because you'll think we're stoopid (which we are).

If it's PAOK Salonika, the team's totally broke, from what I hear. You might never get them to pay.

actually, it's Iraklis (sssshhh!), and they've evidently been doing well, so if they don't pay us I'm gonna voodoo the team.

Iraklis is in fourth place after beating (a Rivaldo-less)Olympiakos last week. Greek soccer is always better when Olympiakos and Panathenaikos aren't worlds apart from everyone else.

Also, from what I've read, you don't want to start hexing Greeks. Someone gives you the evil eye there, and it'll fuck you up but good. I'm sure you know this.

And speaking of reading, I put up some mini-reviews of the Durrell book on Rhodes, Reflections on a Marine Venus that I mentioned last month. I can't recommend it enough, especially if you can take it along when you go there (it's subtitled "A Companion to the Landscape of Rhodes").
