This week has been a meatgrinder and it's only Wednesday. Some serious Dirty Business going down at home, at work, and even elsewhere; I think it's all sorted now but I've kind of forgotten how to relax. I'm tense out of habit, and it's awful.
So I Ask MeCha: How do I relax? (So far, this is helping.)
If you haven't got time to do all separately, you can always multitask. #bunnies, eating junk food and masterbating can all be done at the same time. Just don't tell anyone.
For me, it's sitting in a comfortable chair with headphones and listening to music while doing exactly ZERO other things. Eyes closed. Possibly having a cup of tea at hand.

I already practice many of the internal and external relaxation techniques indicated in this thread, but I find myself wanting to try out porpoise's bathtub.
Tangentially, I'm bummed that the school I work at stopped teaching massage therapy just before I joined the campus. I keep seeing signs and signals that they frequently offered their services to the faculty and staff. Damn and blast!
