I read that they're going to stop doing Stax reissues very soon. Although that might just be in the UK.

You can't, really, so far as I can tell. Not in the US, anyway. But I seem to remember Taz saying she got one with no return address.

I think you can work around showing the purchaser's name & addy by paying with a gift card or a gift certificate, but it would entail a few extra steps.
