Hello, Seattle! [More:]I would like to visit your city this weekend. I will spend money and drink your beer and listen to your orchestra and leer at your citizens. But every hotel I can find is "100% non-smoking", apparently as a result of a law that mandates that 75% of hotel rooms be non-smoking. You are a zealous and enthusiastic people, that is for sure! Anyway, I'll deal with your strange regulations, but I would prefer to not make a trek every evening for a smokey treat before bed. So I must ask, are there any hotels left within the city limits that have smoking rooms availible? Or are they all non-smoking?

Love,
cmonkey
I can't help you with the hotel, but I'll sign up for some leering.

You're at the front of the queue!

I think I found a place with hourly rates that has smoking rooms. That might be interesting.

There's always the Aurora Avenue motels.

The Baroness.

Popular, though, so you might not be able to get a room. There are cheap rooms (and possibly smoking) advertised.

I stayed across the street at the Virginia Mason and it was, like, a 15 minute walk (or less) to the Elysium.

Hello to you as well. But please don't drink all of my beer.

This city is swimming in beer. I'm sure even the monkster is unable to drink it all.

That sounds like the kind of challenge I'm always in the mood for!

I hope you all get to find out how positively gracious cmonkey is after you've drenched him in said beer. Go on, try it.

I can attest to that.

Aww, thanks, mudpuppie. I wasn't going to suggest anything, but it's true that I don't think I've really had a full evening if I don't go home soaking wet, sticky, and reeking of beer.

Geez, how many times does a guy gotta say he's sorry?

No worries, dersins. Mudpuppie drenched me in beer a few weeks after you did, and apparently found it quite enjoyable.

I'm here for you, monkey.
